This past weekend I had the honor of shooting the wedding of Linda and James with my good friend, and fellow photographer Mieng in Pasadena, CA.

I thought this was so sweet. James presented Linda with a necklace in the shape of a key. She was trying so hard to hold back her tears when she read the note from him.

I always love these traditional ceremonies. Linda and James had a Chinese Tea Ceremony in which they presented their elders with tea to show gratitude and in exchange were given red envelopes.

Nils contacted me earlier this year for a portrait session for him and his wife Sonya. They’ve been married for 2 years and flew up from San Diego for the weekend to celebrate their anniversary and to capture some awesome images.
